Founder & Lead Consultant · Soaring Scholars LLC
I'm an instructional facilitator, researcher, and consultant with 9+ years in K–12 mathematics education across Texas and Kentucky. My work lives at the intersection of high-quality instructional materials, instructional coaching, and turnaround school leadership.
As a Birdville ISD Instructional Facilitator and campus HQIM point person for Bluebonnet Learning Math, I've coached 300+ teachers and partnered with TEA on the Strong Foundations Grant. I've seen firsthand what happens when curriculum investment stalls at the classroom door, and I built Soaring Scholars to fix it.
My doctoral research examines how professional virtue drives implementation fidelity in turnaround schools. Soaring Scholars LLC is the culmination of that work: equipping Title I districts with the tools, coaching, and expert partnership to ensure every dollar invested in curriculum actually reaches students.
